REVEALED: WHY REVEREND E.M.F. OSHOFFA, PASTOR/SPIRITUAL HEAD OF THE CELESTIAL CHURCH OF CHRIST WORLDWIDE, WAS ABSENT AT C.C.C MAKOKO 70TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION AND ADULT THANKSGIVING HARVEST ON SUNDAY 1ST AUGUST, 2021.

Dear Brethren,

RE: C.C.C. MAKOKO 70th ANNIVERSARY AND ADULT HARVEST CELEBRATION: PASTOR’S GOODWILL MESSAGE.

Calvary greetings in the mighty name of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
You would recall that I left our shores a couple of weeks ago on my annual vacation to France and the United Kingdom. My itinerary also included a quick dash to the United States of America. Usually, such annual vacations also gives me the opportunity to consult my doctors and do my annual medical check ups.
In this case however, I’d planned to break my vacation at my second port of call, the United Kingdom, to attend the 70th Anniversary and Adult Thanksgiving Harvest Celebration of our mother parish at Makoko, which was scheduled to hold on Sunday, 1st of August, 2021, before continuing the last lap of my annual vacation in the United States of America.But man, they say, proposes while God disposes.
On a visit to my doctors, here in France, I was advised against subjecting my health to the rigours of the long flight from Europe back to Nigeria. I have therefore been placed on bed rest even as I dictate this missive.

IN THE LIGHT OF THE FOREGOING, I CANNOT BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT AT THE 70th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION OF OUR MOTHER PARISH AT MAKOKO, LAGOS ON SUNDAY 1st AUGUST, 2O21.

My regrets for my unavoidable absence at the event.I wish you a very peaceful, successful and memorable celebration in the mighty name of our Jesus Christ. May the Lord continue to streghten His Church. Amen.
