Children are heritage from the Lord. It’s children’s day today and I celebrate all our children. I feel like dropping a few words for parents.
The Almighty God looked at the depravity :chaos :darkness and death which abound in the world which was introduced into the world by the disobedience of Adam in the garden of Eden. He knew that the only way to reclaim the world was by sacrificing his only son at the cross of Calvary.John 3:16
It was a painful decision. Nobody in his right senses will kill His only child.God did it .Jesus Christ wept. Jesus Christ lamented and God Almighty His father looked away because of the future. God allowed His only son to die in order to redeem humanity.
Now why will you not allow your child to go through his own process so that his future can be established?If God Himself could watch His only child die for the world:why will you go and arrange people to write WAEC:GCSE:NECO:JAMB: for your children?why can’t you allow them to develop on their own?
Why can’t you allow them to chart their own course?why are you meddling in things that will shape their future?
Why bribe their teachers to give them pass mark when you know they failed?That you slept or bribed your way through school doesn’t mean you should train your kids that way and by the time they grow up,they become a huge threat to the society. We all will now begin to partake of a problem we did not cause because of your irresponsibility.
This is the best time to have sense. Read Proverbs chapter 4 vs. 5-9:It will help you.
The process you made them dodge today will wait for them in the future when you may not even be there and they will blame you for meddling. They will cry had I known I would not have listened to my parents.
If you build all the houses for them, what will they be doing when they come of age?Most of them will sell off your labour in a twinkle of an eye.Allow the children to grow and have their own experience.
If you do not discipline that child now,that child will discipline you in the future. What is a primary school child doing with iPhone or even secondary school?Some even buy phones for Nursery school children. Get ready to reap that seed you are sowing today and don’t disturb any Pastor for deliverance on a product you destroyed.
As we celebrate our children today:parents please begin to see the future while bringing up your children. Happy children’s day to you all.
May God bless and guide our children. May they fulfil their destinies and please allow them to fulfil their destinies in the mighty name of Yeshua Hamashiach the messiah.
