“My shepherd embezzled the tithe I ask him to help me pay”

I just came back home from abroad and decided to go pay my tithe before I head for another hurried assignment.

On getting to the church I met my shepherd and told him I want to pay my tithe(of 5000 dollars) but didn’t have time to do that.

So I gave it to him to help me pay and gave him some tipoff as well to appreciate him.

Forehand I had told my mum who happens to be a treasurer of the church about paying a tithe in dollars.

Unknown to me, my shepherd did not remit the tithe but went on to use it to buy a jeep for himself.

This was discovered and known after my mum made investigation whether it was duly paid.
