JESUS THE LAMP OF HEAVEN, THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
Revelations 21:23 ‘The city does not need the sun or moon to shine, God’s glory is it’s light and the Lamb it’s lamp’
Jesus the ‘Lamp’ of heaven.
LAMP = L+AMP.
In physics, electricity is measured in AMPERE, shortened as ‘AMP’.
With electricity, light is humanly produced
i.e. LAMP = L+AMP =Light +amp.
Similarly, through the cross (+), the light of the gospel of Jesus is revealed.
When Jesus came into the world, he said…
Mat 5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
Mat 5:15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
Mat 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Psa_119:105. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path
We begin to see why the ‘word’ was a lamp to David’s feet and the light unto his path, whereas, for us in this dispensation, it’s a light to the world and on the top of the table (of the lampstand of our hearts)
This is because Jesus is the way (the path is already lightened up). Hence, we already know the way through him because he is in us, but only need to shine that light into the world by putting it on the top of the table of our hearts..
After Jesus sent 70 of his disciples to go into every city and town to spread the good news of the kingdom and they came back with testimonies, he said…
Luk 10:18 He told them, “I watched Satan falling from heaven like lightning.
This means that, whenever the light of the gospel is revealed, darkness goes off.
