In Celestial church, Pastor and shepherd are administratively the same in operation. But positionally (office sense) different in use.
The pastor of CCC is a shepherd. But he is an overall (chief) shepherd. Say, a ‘super shepherd’, in the sense of subset and superset.
When you say ‘shepherd’ in CCC, you have to be more complete by saying *’shepherd in charge’*. His working is relative to a circle of flock.
As a sheperd in charge, you do 2 things…
A. You are the ‘pastor’ (in biblical language) of a parish;
B. You coordinator all other ministries in your parish (prophets, teachers, Evangelists).
In today’s CCC, we have a challenge. Many of our shepherds in charge only concentrate on A and leave B undone. This is one of the things responsible for poor church growth.
The overall and cumulative growth based on A and B is the growth acruded to a particular CCC WW pastor in his life time.
In CCC, the shepherding ministry is the center of the locus of the the circle of it’s body of Christ as a church Organisation.
Thus, an occupier of that centerpoint in a CCC parish is called a *shepherd in charge*.
The pastor in CCC is the *concentric shepherd* of the circle of all shepherds in charge at various parishes. Hence, these shepherds in charge are called the pastor’s representative. The pastor in CCC is the overall center of the CCC WW circle.
The pastor of CCC is Christ’s representative in CCC. This was why Peter called him the *chief shepherd*.
1Pe 5:4 And when the *chief Shepherd* shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.
