THE KINGDOM AFFECTION

Where is your affection and passion for the kingdom of God????
Where have you placed it……..have you replaced it with the pursuit of worldly things???

The kingdom of God is the reward of every true and faithful believer, and heaven is their home and dwelling

How has our heart gone so cold and stricken that the passions and affections for the kingdom of God is dead in us.

When the impending calls rings and sings that kingdom of heaven is at hand !!

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matt. 6:33)

We should be seekers of the kingdom of God and all other things shall be added.

If we chase worldly treasures and abandon the kingdom, it is of what gain and profit????

Affection for kingdom establishment is a godly thing. Jesus taught His disciples to pray: “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven” (Matt. 6:10). The establishment of the kingdom is to see believers settled in the faith, to build a tabernacle of praise for our God, and doing so without fear and any oppression or persecution whatsoever.

One man that excelled in showing much affection for the kingdom was King David. He wrote in Psalm 84: “1 How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!
2 My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.
3 Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.

where is your desire for the kingdom of God.
On what priority is the kingdom of God to you ????

Your pursuit of riches and worldly pleasures is only vanity, a facade that fades.

Let the affection and desire for God’s kingdom fill your heart, burn in your soul, light up your spirit and resonate in all your body for the kingdom is your greatest reward and gain on earth and in heaven.
