SEVEN REASONS WHY MOST ASSISTANT SHEPHERD AND WORKERS RESIGN TO PURSUE THEIR OWN MINISTRY:

1. THE DIRECT VOICE OF GOD.

God is still in the business of calling People genuinely. Even when you don’t accept it, He still calls them.

2. WHEN THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THEIR INDIVIDUAL SPIRITUAL GIFTS.
Every body must not necessarily minister like the shepherd in charge.
There are diversity of gifts but the same Spirit. There are ministries that will sack you have any gift different from that of the shepherd

3. WHEN THEY DONT SEE A FUTURE WITH YOU.
Some people don’t believe in your tommorrow so they find an excuse to leave you in your today. There is nothing you will tell a man that will make him continue in a journey for which he cannot see a future.

4. OVER AMBITION.
Some people are not just comfortable with their number on the line.
They want to Lead by all means. Watch those people, they are always fraustrated at the end of the day.

5. POOR ECONOMIC SITUATIONS.
There are shepherds who, as soon as they can’t Pay their BILLS, must believe they are not in God’s WILL. Money problem has called more people than anything else.

6. THE EVIL VOICE OF A PROBLEMATIC SHEPHERD WIFE.

Check all through scriptures, whenever a woman speaks, a man must either fall or rise.
There are women who want to be called MUMMY G.O by all means. They also want to dress very big. No one should control their husband like a slave. These kind of women has killed more Kingdom Generals than any other thing. They can use church offering to buy Gold to wear.

7. WHEN AN ASSISTANT IS SACKED.

At this point if ministry is the only thing he can do, if you sack him he must start a church to survive. This also is very very wrong. you cant run a divine mandate on the ground that they sack you. Go back and beg for mercy and be prayed for.
