CAN A CELESTIAL EAT SNAIL, OKRO, EWEDU AND DRAWY SOUP

Eating habit is part of spiritual discipline for those following the direction of God.
As part of the rules of holiness, God instructs his children to keep holy in diet.

It is often announced wrongly on pulpits and a wrong notion that celestials don’t eat drawy soups and snails.

According to the constitution in page 30, section 93, line 4, celestial church of Christ members are forbidden from eating pork or food offered as sacrifice to idols or powers of darkness.

Hence, Jew’s mallow(Ewedu), Okro and Snail are not forbidden for Celestials except those who are told not to eat them by the holy spirit and this does not apply to everyone.
