Its a scriptural injunction that Celestial obeys ,that once a woman is in her period, she is unclean and should abstain from the premises of God, or touching anything sacred or holy unto the lord for clear 7 days and come for purification on the 8th day

What can you do as a man to help keep the injunction;

When a girl is on her period, that’s when you gotta be more
understanding than usual. She’ll have mood swings, she’ll have
bipolar moments, she won’t be able to control her hormones, let’s
just say there will be times that you’ll think she’s a crazy bitch. But
bro, can you imagine bleeding out for an entire week & still have to
do what you gotta do on a daily basis? So just try to understand her.
If she’s being cranky or mean towards you because she doesn’t mean
it, it’s just the cramps & being in pain all day that makes her mad.
You know what would make her happy, though? If you could go to the
supermarket & get her some pads or tampons, get her some
chocolates too & don’t treat her like she’s a different person
because sheโ€™s still that usual pretty and clean girl of yours. Donโ€™t
avoid her bro because those periods are temporary.โ™ก

*You can still eat her meals oh, if she cooks

*don’t treat like a piece of shit, love her more at this period

* Teach her to respect and obey Gods law and the blessings in keeping them.

* Ensure she goes for purification at the nearest church

*if she’s still on her period on a Sunday and she feels like going out, maybe she’s bored or doesn’t feel like staying home, let her go, or better still let her stay at home, God sees her heart.
Though today some churches have created space for women on period to stay and worship, with separated points, and designated chairs for them in the church
We are not saying its entirely right as there would be known reasons for such

*Make her understand the significance of keeping holy garments and why she can’t wash them
